Presentations and industry briefings
Senior members of the Mind workplace team are able to provide presentations at conferences and also industry briefings on the topic of the importance of mental health in the workplace. Presentations focus on the promotion of early interventions and recognition of the signs and symptoms of mental health and also include how to reduce stigma in the workplace.
Mental health marketing
The implementation of a mental health promotion campaign in your business will help reinforce the key messages from the work you are doing around mental health in your organisation. It is also great for your employer brand and will encourage staff to recognise mental health and will assist in acting to reduce mental health stigma in your organisation.

Support for individuals
Mind workplace's In Work Support is an innovative project run by Mind and supported by Access to Work to support employees in work.
This service is currently fee free for organisations in London within the M25.
In Work Support provides a confidential in work support service for those experiencing any form of emotional difficulty or mental distress.
We are able to support individuals by;
- One to one and confidential face to face support
- Ongoing telephone support
- Support staff to deal with adjustments to your hours or tasks
- Plan and organise a safe and gradual return to work
- Provide mediation support
- Work with the employer and the employee to design suitable reasonable adjustments.
