With increasing intrest in sustainable, eco-friendly fashion, and people looking for great value for money in the recession, demand for charity shop clothing is increasing.
Following Mind's partnership with Mary Queen of Shops, we have teamed up with the University of the Creative Arts for a project set to lead the way for the future of charity fashion retail.

A group of students redesigned Mind's St James' Street shop in Brighton, turning it into a boutique filled with top-of-the range vintage threads and high street bargains. as well as a selection of clothes donated by celebrities including Fern Britton, Daisy Lowe and Josh Beck.
The store was launched on 31 March with a fashion show where models showed off exclusive eco-fashion garments created by students using unsold items from Mind shops.
A selection of items are also being displayed on the catwalk at the Ideal Home show from 20 March to 5 April.
