Coventry and Warwickshire Mind aims to increase awareness and understanding of mental health issues within the local community. It provides a range of services for people experiencing mental ill health including a Drop-In Centre (open 365 days per year), Body and Mind (a wellbeing course), Befriending Service, Gardening in Mind (based at a local allotments), a women’s group, an information service, The First Stop Charity Shop, housing support services, Cooper’s Lodge (a structured day-centre), S.H.A.R.E and AMBER (anxiety and stress management) Coventry & Warwickshire IAPT, (Improving Access to Psychological Therapy), Volunteering Services, Vibes (children and young people’s project), a Dementia service and a Wellbeing and Resource café in Rugby.
