Suffolk Mind aims to provide a range of high quality services that support the improvement and maintenance of people's mental wellbeing and which have a demonstrably positive impact on individuals, their carers and the communities in which they live.
Suffolk Mind also run a range of programmes to people that are experiencing mental ill health or are at risk of developing a mental health problem, computerised Cognitive Behavioural Therapy which is a self-help computer delivered programme which has been developed to help people cope with symptoms of anxiety and depression. No IT knowledge is necessary .
