- RoC Project providing peer support and 1 to 1 befriending for those experiencing mental health problems and who find themselves isolated. To increase confidence and socialise with new people and explore new interests.
- BRIDGES UK - Building Recover of Individual Dreams and Goals through Education and Support. A peer led recovery, education and support programme designed, developed and delivered by those who have experienced mental health distress. "Bridges get us from where we are to where we want to be".
- Mental Health First Aid Training (MHFA) for institutions and individuals: helping reduce stigma and educate people in the most appropriate responses to others in a state of psychological distress. Visit www.mhfa.org.uk for more information.
- Applied suicide intervention skills training (ASIST), for institutions and individuals: giving people the skills and knowledge to help others who are contemplating taking their own lives. Visit www.asist.org.uk for more information.
