Social Drop in Service We provide 10 social drop in groups per week. These groups are a ‘safe’ place where people can meet others who may have had similar experiences.
Befriending Scheme Our befriending service is aimed at supporting people who are socially isolated and who would struggle to leave the house without the support of a befriender.
Counselling Service Our counselling service offers one to one counselling from a trained counsellor
Computerised CBT Cognitive Behaviour Therapy We administer the computerised CBT programme Beating the Blues for the IAPT service. This is an eight session computer programme that people complete at home
C.A.L.M group (Confronting Anxiety Lifting Mood) We offer a structured six week course that includes abdominal breathing, deep relaxation, anxiety management, positive thinking, coping with depression, learning to say ‘NO’, happiness and being more assertive
Reflexology A soothing foot treatment that helps to relieve stress and tension.
