Take action

Mind campaigns for change, and we can't win the fight without you.

Take part in one, two, or all of our ongoing actions and strengthen our fight against discrimination by standing up and speaking out on the real issues that affect people every day. With your support we can make sure the voices of those who experience mental distress are heard by those who influence change.

If you've seen media coverage that promotes negative stereotypes about people with mental distress, write a letter and make a complaint. Find out how.

Tell us your story

Nothing brings an issue to life more than a real-life story. People who have shared their stories with Mind have helped our work in many ways, from promoting understanding of mental health issues to informing our campaigning work and speaking to journalists on our behalf. Will you tell us your story?
