Many people choose to hold a collection for Mind in memory of a loved one, at their funeral or memorial service. Their support, in memory of someone they cared about, allows Mind to be there for those who need our help.
If you would like donations in your own memory to be given to Mind, you may wish to inform your executor, who can express your wishes to your friends and family.
You can use the wording below and keep this with your Will. Do not attach anything to your Will as this may invalidate it.

I wish that, instead of flowers being sent to my funeral, donations be sent to Mind (The National Association for Mental Health), of 15-19 Broadway, London E15 4BQ, Registered Charity Number 219830.
