You can join Mind's team by securing one of our charity places by paying an initial registration fee of £15 (now reduced from £30), and committing to raise a minimum of £200 in sponsorship. Whether you manage to register for a place with the eventorganisers or have secured a Mind guaranteed charity place, we will be with you every step of the way. We offer all our swimmers a fantastic support package including:

- a marquee at the event with refreshments to help you recover
- a dedicated and experienced project manager to provide support and advice.
