About the challenge
Thames Path challenge information pack
The Thames Path follows England's best known river for 184 miles (294km) as it meanders from its source in the Cotswolds on through the bustle of the City of London to the Thames Barrier.
Our Challenge heads West - starting out from the urban jungle of London at Fulham Palace through some of the most historic and picturesque towns in southern England, finishing in beautiful Henley-on-Thames 100km later! (or Runnymead if you opt for 50km).

How to register
Whether you're planning to tackle this exciting event as a personal challenge or as a team, we'd love you to join us.
Individuals - On the challenge you will be grouped / with other walkers who have also signed up to the challenge as individuals and you will be accompanied and supported by 'lead walkers' throughout the entirety of the challenge.
Teams - Teams consist of between 2 - 6 members. All team members must choose to complete the same route - so either the 100km or 50km challenge - as you will be entered into the challenge as a team, and you'll stick together.
