About the challenge
Lots of us already know how great it can feel to get outdoors and take some exercise. Add to that the chance to achieve your goals, and raise money to change the lives of people experiencing mental health problems, and you have a really fantastic day.
The Great Manchester Swim takes place in the unique and exciting location of Salford Quays, just outside the city centre. A striking setting for an open water mile swim!
Joining our team
1. Mind Charity places. Secure a place in this wonderful swim through us for just £15 (reduced from £30), and commit to raising a minimum of £100 in sponsorship for Mind. We hope you decide to join our brilliant team!
2. Secure your own place. If you've been successful in securing your own place directly through the organisers - we'd love for you to join us, and any funds you're able to raise would be hugely appreciated. Just register your details here.
