Do good. Feel great.
London landmarks, the iconic river and the Royal Parks are your backdrop as you take on 50km of road, riverpath and trail.
Add all of that to the chance to achieve your goals, and raise money to change the lives of people experiencing mental health problems, and you have a truly wonderful day.
I feel privileged to have taken part - the support from the Mind team blew me away, it really made the day very special.

Secure your guaranteed charity place with Mind
Mind will have a limited number of places in this event, and we are asking entrants to pay a registration fee of £30, and raise a minimum of £700 in sponsorship.
Secured a ballot place? Join us, and feel great!
If you've secured a place in the public entry - Congrats! We'd love you to join us.
By joining our team will offer you all of our wonderful support listed below, but we won't ask you to raise a minimum level of sponsorship - your help, and any funds you raise for Mind will be gratefully received.
Whether you've managed to gain your own place through the ballot, or secure one of Mind's charity places, we will be with you every step of the way.
We pride ourselves on giving everyone who joins Team Mind the support, inspiration and admiration they deserve!
Our support includes:
- fundraising and training advice to help you achieve your goals
- your own running vest
- an exclusive pre-race meet for the whole team in Hyde Park, including your friends & family
- a dedicated and enthusiastic project manager to provide support and advice along the way
The first 20 people sponsored me between £10 and £20 - and before I knew it I'd raised £350, so I kept going! It felt amazing to raise funds for a cause I feel so strongly about.
