About the challenge
The Great South Run is a firm favourite in the Mind events calendar. The flat 10 mile course is an ideal race for all running abilities and perfect for gaining a personal best. Sign up now to secure your place!
Our support
Whether you have your own place or would like a Mind guaranteed place we will be with you every step of the way. We offer all our runners a fantastic support package including:
- loads of training and fundraising advice

- a dedicated and experienced project manager to provide support and advice.
We will do all that we can to ensure that your Great South Run experience is one you will never forget.
Gaining a place
There are two ways in which you can join the Mind team:
1. Mind Charity Place : Each year Mind have a number of guaranteed places in the event and if you would like to run on one of these we ask that you pay a registration fee of £25 and raise a minimum sponsorship of £225.
