Cause-related marketing - making links with Mind
Some companies have found that they can increase the attractiveness of a product or service by offering customers or clients the opportunity to support a charity like Mind when purchasing their service or product.
At Mind we are continually impressed with the efforts of companies looking to find innovative ways of raising money to support our work.
Harris & Trotter Clients Charitable Trust - Making a difference
Harris & Trotter accountants in London have pioneered a generous fundraising scheme which during the past four years has raised more than £75,000 for charity. The firm has been adding £7 to every invoice it has issued to clients and has asked them to pay this entirely voluntary donation to the Harris & Trotter Charitable Trust. Any sum received from clients is then matched by the Partners of the firm. The charities selected, which include Mind, are chosen from suggestions received from partners, staff and clients.
