Student Volunteering Week - Good Deed Day

24 February - 2 March is Student Volunteering Week and it all kicks off with a Good Deed Day.

You may already know what your good deed is, but we have one simple idea to get you started: help us be there for everyone with a mental health problem.

All you have to do is take one of our cardboard money boxes along to your lectures on Good Deed Day ( Monday 24 February) and ask your friends to make a small donation to Mind (every penny counts)

If you want to help Mind on your good deed day, just let us know your name and address and we'll send you our money box as well as a student fundriasing welcome pack.

 

 

 

Information Publications

We produce a wide range of online and print publications covering mental health conditions and diagnoses, treatments and practical help to promote wellbeing, many of which are useful for students.

Mental health training

Our training portfolio offers a range of courses that are relevant to those organisations wishing to increase their understanding of mental health issues that can affect students.

Our next course, “Supporting Students mental health training” will take place on Thursday 27 March in London. It is designed for teachers and support staff who want to gain a better understanding of mental health issues. Early bird cost of £199 per person our open up until 2 weeks prior to the course.
