Support our work with local projects across England and Wales
Jan works for the Weltje Road Project, which is affiliated to Hammersmith and Fulham Mind. The project provides supported housing to people who experience mental distress. Jan helps to develop residents skills and confidence so that eventually they can live independently within the community. People with mental health problems can be highly vulnerable and are easily able to fall into poverty and become homeless.

Every year local Mind associations work with more than 220,000 people, running over 1600 local services. Since 2002 Mind supporters have donated over £1.4 Million to help fund local projects.
