There are times when feeling upset is a natural reaction to what’s going on around you. Sometimes however, these emotions or behaviours can become painful, out of control or difficult to manage, even if you don’t have a severe mental health problem.
When this happens, you might feel you need more help than your family or friends are able to offer, and you might look for other sources of help and support.
