How do we weigh up the desire for personal autonomy against the duty of care and the need to manage risk in service provision? What would a principled approach to mental health policy - including the NHS Choices agenda, welfare reform, independent living and access to credit - look like?

Mind held its second MindThink seminar to consider issues around our understanding of autonomy and risk in mental healthcare.
