Penny's story

Penny's son had made a good recovery thanks to some excellent care
provided by an inpatient ward. But sadly, on being discharged, the
crisis teams turned him away, and he could not get help when he needed
it. Urgently. Tragically this cost Penny her son: he took his life.

Elizabeth's story
Elizabeth has first hand experience of the contrast in the quality of crisis care.  Sadly, Elizabeth was so traumatised by the care she received as an inpatient she has vowed never to return.  No matter how bad things get.
