Blogging about mental health issues
Each week we publish blog posts on a whole range of topics, relating in some way to mental health.
We welcome comments and questions on our posts, but have a few ground rules to keep the site welcoming and interesting to every body. The first rule is the most important: be respectful of other commenters and bloggers.
Burning brighter - my experience of PTSD
Danny McNamara blogs about his experience: "It was traumatic, terrifying, and it almost killed me. But it also enabled me to see things very differently. It enabled me to write songs for the first time..."
That dark beast: depression
Lou Vincent blogs about his experience of depression and his mission to tour England in a 1985 campervan and play cricket.
A space to level out
Stuart Semple blogs about how art helps him cope with his fears: "I’m Stuart Semple and I’m fearful that I’m allergic to life."
