"I have tried to depict the many emotions and turmoil that one encounters in a ward situation.  The genre of cartoon style painting represents the exaggeration of emotions and the general state of unreality; I have also included images that are only seen by some i.e. the frightening faces in the wallpaper and the tongue in cheek pink elephant."
