World Mental Health Day
World Mental Health Day has been celebrated annually on 10 October since 1992. Every year a different theme is set by the World Federation for World Mental Health Day. Please see below for past themes:

What could you do to mark World Mental Health Day?
Every year the day is marked by schools, youth groups, hospitals, service user
groups, libraries and local councils. Last year activities in England and Wales
