This section contains audio recordings of mental health information in several languages.
The recordings were produced by Solent Mind, Southampton City Council, Hampshire Partnership Trust and the Southampton area Talking Echo.
Several of the recordings are based on information taken from Mind's booklets and factsheets. Other recordings feature information sourced by Solent Mind. All recordings are presented for information only and do not constitute medical advice.
