Reporting adverse effects (including withdrawal effects) of medicines
Adverse effects of medicines can be reported to the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) by members of the public, as well as by health professionals. There are three ways to do this: on the MHRA website, by telephone, and on Yellow Card forms available from pharmacies. Adverse effects of all medicines can be reported, included over-the-counter medicines and herbal remedies. You can also see a summary of adverse effects reported for each drug on the website.

Note:
Mind has drawn attention to the problems associated with Seroxat (paroxetine) but it is important to remember that many people find it beneficial and do not have bad reactions.

If you are stopping taking medication it is advisable to reduce the dose gradually, as it is difficult to predict who will have problems withdrawing. It is worth getting as much information and support as you can, and involving your doctor wherever possible.
