Other ways to help
There are many ways you can help Mind or get involved with our work. The following list some examples. We are very grateful for all the support we receive.
Fundraising at work
Could you organise a fundraising event in your workplace or nominate Mind as your Charity of the Year? We have sponsorship forms, promotional materials and other resources to help you.
Campaigning for Mind
If you would like to lobby your MP, develop your campaigning skills or join Mind in Action - Mind's campaigning network - you could make a real difference for people with experience of mental distress.
Donations of shares
Mind accepts donations of shares in most UK and foreign-listed companies.
Shop online
Visit the Giving Machine website and you can ensure that vital funds reach Mind every time you shop online.
Special occasions
Whatever the occasion - wedding, anniversary, birthday or special event - why not request that gifts be made to Mind in addition to, or in place of, traditional celebratory gifts?
Gifts in kind / items for auction
Do you have any items you could donate to a Mind shop? Mind has over 100 shops throughout England and Wales and we rely on donations from members of the public.
Find your nearest Mind shop.
Alternatively, you could donate items for Mind to auction, such as tickets to an event, access to a holiday cottage or villa or signed celebrity memorabilia.
Student fundraising
If you are currently studying at university, why not develop your events organising skills and raise funds for Mind. Raise over £15,000 and you can join us on one of our exciting overseas trips.
Volunteer in one of Mind's shops
If you would like to meet new people while helping Mind raise vital funds why not volunteer at your local Mind shop? From sorting and pricing stock to assisting with customers or creating window displays, there are loads of jobs you could help us with.
