Mind for better mental health

How you can help us

In memory of a loved one

Rather than sending flowers, many families and friends suggest donations in memory be sent to Mind. This generous support means we can continue to help people with experience of mental distress.

How to make gifts in memory

This can be arranged through your funeral director. Alternatively, if sent directly, the full name and date of death of your loved one can be noted with each gift, and we will be able to tell you the total amount given.

Please send cheques payable to Mind to: In Memory, Appeals Dept, Mind, FREEPOST (WD2336), London E15 4BR. A thank you letter will be sent to everyone who donates in memory, unless requested otherwise. To speak to our In Memory Coordinator call 020 8215 2242.

Express your wishes

If you wish Mind to receive in memory donations when you die, it may be helpful to inform your executor by printing out and completing this form to keep with your will. Do not attach anything to your will as this may invalidate it.

If you wish a local Mind association to benefit please provide that organisation's full name and address.

"TO MY EXECUTOR:
