About the challenge
The Adidas Women’s 5K Challenge will take place in London in 2009. Every year it is a thoroughly enjoyable day for the thousands of women of all ages and abilities who take part.
‘The 5K was my first running event, so a whole new challenge for me. On the day I was really nervous but the atmosphere was amazing and I felt even more inspired to do the run. I’m really proud of my achievement and I’ll be trying to beat my time next year.’ Gurdev Sagoo, Mind Events Administrator and 1st time 5K runner.

Gaining a place
There are two ways in which you can join the Mind team:
1. Each year Mind have a number of guaranteed places in the event and if you would like to run on one of these we ask that you pay a registration fee of £15 and raise as much as you can.
2. If you were lucky enough to gain your own place from the event organisers we would love you to be a part of our team too. We do not set you a minimum sponsorship target but ask you raise what you can.
