About the challenge
Sign up soon for an epic run through the windy city of Chicago, which has a long standing reputation for it’s record setting course.Whether you’re a seasoned runner or a first timer the flat city route and cool climate provide the perfect conditions for a run to remember.
You will be in good company with people from over 120 countries running together to accomplish the 26.2 miles which covers the North, West and South sides of the city, passing through diverse neighbourhoods and historic landmarks. The atmosphere is sure to be second to none.

Our support
Whether you have your own place or would like a Mind guaranteed place we will be with you every step of the way. We offer all our runners a fantastic support package including:
- loads of training and fundraising advice
- regular email updates
- a vest with your name overprinted
- a dedicated and experienced project manager to provide support and advice.
We will do all that we can to ensure that your Chicago Marathon experience is one you will never forget.
Gaining a place
There are two ways in which you can join the Mind team:
1. Each year Mind have a number of guaranteed places in the event and if you would like to run on one of these we ask that you pay a registration fee of £75 and raise a minimum sponsorship of £1200. Please note that this is an entry only package and does not include flights or accommodation.
2. If you were lucky enough to gain your own place from the event organisers we would love you to be a part of our team too. We do not set you a minimum sponsorship target but ask you raise what you can.
