Training programmes
Well done, you’ve made it to the planning stage of your training. These training programmes are designed as a guide only. Make sure it’s right for you before slavishly following it.
If you’re finding it too tough or too easy, change it. It’s your training plan, so give yourself the go-ahead to vary it to fit in with your life and priorities. Just remember, if you really want to pick up your fitness you need to be training three times a week for at least 30 minutes each session.
