Mental health problems can affect anyone - rich or poor, young or old - shattering the lives of those affected and the people close to them. One in four of us will experience mental health problems at some point in our lives.

For 60 years Mind has been leading the way in working to improve the quality of life of people who experience mental distress and end the stigma and discrimination that they encounter.

How your support will help

Your contribution will provide help and support to the people that need it most.

  • Our MindinfoLine is a lifeline where people can get confidential help and information.
  • We distribute around 350,000 publications every year, helping people understand and cope with mental health problems
  • We campaign and lobby to improve government policy, influence attitudes and challenge discrimination towards those who experience mental distress.
  • We offer legal advice to those who experience mental distress, lawyers and mental health workers.
  • We support our local Mind associations in providing direct service such as supported housing, drop-in centres, counselling and befriending schemes.

Please consider supporting Mind to help people experiencing mental distress. Make your donation today.
