Mind Champion award

The winner of the 2008 Mind Champion award is Dr Liz Miller.

Launched by Mind in 2004, this award honours the person or people who had made the most important contribution in challenging discrimination against people with mental health problems during the previous year.

Previous winners are Frank Bruno (2004), Joanna Bennett and The Archers (2005), Peter Campbell (2006) and Stephen Fry (2007).
