Emails and confidentiality
If you are contacting us by email your email address is visible to the person receiving it. Although your address is kept confidential, you may prefer to remain completely anonymous. If you visit, for example, mail.yahoo.co.uk or mail.google.com you can register for an email address that does not identify you.

Language Line
We use Language Line, the telephone translation and interpreting service with access to more than 100 languages. The three-way conferencing facility enables information staff to communicate through a trained interpreter, making MindinfoLine accessible to many people whose first language is not English.

Our fees
Mind is a charity so we rely on your financial support to keep MindinfoLine open.
We are happy to provide a free service for people who are unwaged, and our factsheets and booklets can be read for free on our website.
In order to continue our work, we ask those who are able to pay for the material we send to consider making a donation. Such donations enable us to maintain a service that is available to everyone.
